Giants find getting past adversity is something to build on

All of us face challenges in our daily lives.

In sports, it’s a part of every team’s story at one time or another. If I had a dime for every time I’ve heard an athlete or coach talk about how they “overcame adversity” I’d own an NFL team by now.

However, every obstacle is not created the same way and not all roadblocks are equal.

Both the Giants and Raiders arrived at MetLife Stadium Sunday, where the Giants would win a tough 23-16 victory. Both teams had dealt with a variety of issues off-the-field during the week.
