NYC robbers fatally shoot Jonathan Pena, wound another man

Surveillance footage shows the shocking moment Bronx robbers killed one man and shot another on Saturday.

The trio of suspects approached the two victims — Jonathan Pena, 32, and a 46-year-old man — at about 5 p.m. outside of 1460 Macombs Road in Mount Eden.

One of the assailants then snatched Pena’s gold chain as the other crooks held the duo at gunpoint, according to video provided by the NYPD.

According to footage, as the victims attempted to flee the scene, suspects opened fire.

According to police, Pena was struck in the torso by a car and died later at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.

The 46-yearold victim was hit in the back. She was then taken to Lincoln Hospital, where she is currently in stable condition.

They fled in a Mercedes-Benz black sedan, and they were still at large on Monday morning.
