It’s Up to Us: Taking AI to The Next Level

As both corporate and personal interest in artificial intelligence (AI) continues to increase, many are left wondering if AI has what it takes to keep growing without human intervention. AI is rapidly growing and learning, finding success on a global scale and impacting people’s lives across the world. In fact, studies have found that 60% of us expect our lives to change significantly because of AI in the next 3 to 5 years.

Although AI has had great success, it is far from perfect, and often makes serious and costly mistakes. In addition, while some AI software can pass as a human, like ChatGPT, AI itself is not self-sustaining and requires human intervention. It is for these reasons that professionals in the field are pushing for more human intervention in AI development
The combination of the intelligence of AI and human soft skills and emotions has the potential to create something magical. Without human commands, AI has no motive, leaving it up to its human counterpart to give it purpose. This collaboration may lead to the advancement of AI in many ways, including the ability to exhibit more human-like emotions and thoughts. It is vital that all users understand their role in AI curation, using this very powerful technology with the care that it requires. AI development is only getting started, and is living proof that when man and technology come together, the possibilities are truly endless.
