NYC man Jaden Cruz fatally shot outside Brooklyn public housing complex

According to police, a 19 year-old was fatally shot in the face outside a Brooklyn-based public housing development on Wednesday.

Jaden Cruz was identified as the victim. He was attacked in front of a structure.
NYCHA’s Marlboro Houses in Gravesend at about 5:10 p.m., according to the NYPD.

The victim was fatally shot in the chest and later pronounced dead at NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn.

The cause of the fatal shooting was not known.

Police did not immediately make any arrests and they didn’t provide any descriptions of suspects.
