Former NFL running back Zac Stacy accused of savagely beating his ex-girlfriend

A former New York Jets running back is accused of savagely attacking his ex-girlfriend in front of their 5-month-old son at the woman’s Florida home on Saturday, a report said.

Zac Stacy (30), played eight games in five seasons for the Jets. He allegedly hit his ex several times and then violently tossed her in front of a television after he saw the baby. TMZ reports that he used court documents as well as sources to report the incident.

Stacy then allegedly “body slammed” her into the boy’s bouncy seat.

Video footage of the attack captured by the outlet shows a part.

The footage shows the woman falling to the ground during the attack, and pleading for him to stop.

“He punched me several times in the head! I begged him to stop because the baby was on the couch just a few feet from where he punched me,” the woman recalled in a restraining order application obtained by TMZ.

Stacy and the police were called by Stacy after the attack.

It wasn’t immediately clear if a judge granted the woman’s request for a restraining order.

“I fear for my life and my children’s lives,” she wrote in the application.

According to the application, she stated in part that she had suffered from bumps and bruises as well as a head injury.

Stacy’s last NFL stint was with the Jets. Prior to that, he was a two-year player for the St. Louis Rams.
